OutsTerms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OUTS mobile application, website, services, and related features.
Overview
Agreement between Outs Plus Exhibitions, Sport & Recreational Events Tickets Selling CO. L.L.C S.O.C (“OUTS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Trade License No. 1539293, and all Users of the OUTS platform.
By creating an account, accessing the App, attending an event through OUTS, or using any OUTS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of OUTS.
These Terms apply to all end-users, including individuals browsing or attending events through OUTS (“Users”). Separate terms apply to event organizers (“Hosts”) — see the Host Terms & Event Organizer Agreement.

1. Definitions
- App / Platform: The OUTS mobile application, website, and backend systems.
- User: Any individual accessing or using OUTS for non-commercial purposes.
- Host / Event Organizer: Any individual or entity creating events on OUTS.
- Event: Any gathering, activity, or experience listed on OUTS.
- Paid Event: Any event with a ticket price or paid entry.
- Private Event: A non-commercial, non-ticketed RSVP event hosted by a User.
- Ticket: A digital proof of purchase issued by OUTS for a Paid Event.
- DET: Department of Economy and Tourism of Dubai.
- Payment Gateway: MamoPay or any other approved payment service provider used by OUTS.
- Content: Any text, photos, videos, comments, RSVPs, or submissions created by Users.
2. Account Registration
2.1 To use OUTS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Use your real identity
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
2.2 You agree not to:
- Create accounts using false information or third-party identities
- Impersonate any other person
- Create multiple accounts without our prior written consent
2.3 OUTS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to use OUTS for lawful purposes only.
3.2 You must not:
- Upload or distribute unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
- Harass or harm other users, hosts, or venues
- Interfere with the App, servers, or backend systems
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Use OUTS to promote unlicensed paid events
3.3 You are solely responsible for your behavior at events.
4. Social Features & Visibility
4.1 OUTS provides social discovery features, including:
- Showing which friends are “IN”
- RSVPs
- Event attendance visibility
- Shared plans
- Friend lists and social graph information
4.2 You acknowledge that:
- Certain actions (e.g., RSVPs, attendance) may be visible to people you know, based on your privacy settings
- Hosts may access aggregated demographic data about attendees, but never personal identities, unless it is their own event
OUTS never provides Hosts with personal attendee identity data unless legally required.
5. Event Participation
5.1 OUTS is not the organizer of most events. Hosts are independent third parties.
5.2 OUTS is not responsible for:
- Event quality, safety, or fitness for purpose
- Venue compliance or licensing
- Entry decisions, security procedures, or ID verification
- Alcohol service, safety conditions, or event environment
5.3 Users must comply with Host and venue rules, including age restrictions.
6. Ticket Purchases
- 6.1 Paid Events require payment through OUTS’ approved Payment Gateway.
- 6.2 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Ticketing Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Chargeback Policy.
- 6.3 All event-related refunds and disputes are handled by the Host. OUTS facilitates payment but does not make refund decisions for event-related causes.
7. Refunds
Refund rights depend on:
- The Host’s chosen refund policy for the event
- The Refund & Chargeback Policy posted by OUTS
- DET regulations applicable to ticketed events in Dubai
If the Host has disabled refunds, tickets are strictly non-refundable unless required by law. Gateway fees may be non-refundable.
8. Content Ownership & License
- 8.1 You retain ownership of content you submit.
- 8.2 By posting content on OUTS, you grant OUTS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving OUTS.
- 8.3 OUTS may remove content that violates these Terms.
9. Prohibited Events & Activities
Users may not use OUTS to advertise or facilitate:
- Unlicensed ticketed events
- Events requiring DET permits without obtaining them
- Events violating venue licensing rules
- Events involving illegal substances
- Events involving unlicensed alcohol service
- Hate, violence, extremism, fraud, or harassment
OUTS may remove events at its discretion.
10. Suspension & Termination
OUTS may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your actions risk harm to other users, hosts, or OUTS
- Required for compliance with DET or UAE law
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated content.
11. Intellectual Property
All OUTS branding, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technologies are owned by OUTS. You may not copy or reuse any part of the App without permission.
12. Eligibility & Sanctions Compliance
OUTS will not knowingly provide services to individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) or applicable UAE and international sanctions laws. OUTS reserves the right to decline service or terminate accounts where such restrictions apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
13.1 OUTS is not liable for:
- Event cancellations or changes
- Any Host’s acts or omissions
- Injuries, damages, or losses occurring at events
- Errors by payment gateways
- Venue negligence or misconduct
- User behavior
13.2 OUTS’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OUTS in the past 12 months.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE (excluding DIFC). Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Dubai (non-DIFC).
15. Modifications
OUTS may modify these Terms at any time, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of OUTS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
